Join us to take your taste buds on a global expedition from Spain to Mexico! Enjoy five courses of delicacies from Bruno Oteiza, Richard Sandoval, and pastry chef sister team Alisa Romano & Pati Jinich, all paired with Casa Dragones sipping tequila.

Originally from the Basque region of Spain, but known for the success of his restaurant, Biko, in Mexico City, Chef Bruno Oteiza visits the Festival for the first time. Widely recognized for his ability to combine Basque-style cuisine with Mexican ingredients and techniques, Oteiza brings his talents to Toro Toro at the Intercontinental Miami to present you with the most authentic dishes you’ve ever tasted - short of hopping on a plane, that is. Continuing the journey, acclaimed Chef Richard Sandoval will also be on-hand to feature his unique spin on South and Central American flavors,while Alisa Romano, executive chef of Alisa's Painted Bistro and her sister, cookbook author an TV personality Pati Jinich, will join the pair with their decadent pastry offerings and take aways. Bertha González Nieves, maestra tequilera, CEO and co-founder of Casa Dragones will lead guests on a tasting of the uniquely nuanced, handcrafted 100% blue agave Joven tequila, highlighting the characteristics that make it perfect for pairing with the menu's bold flavors.

Dinner in Paradise at Paradise Farms features the finest chefs in Miami preparing a delicious five course meal made with local organic products and paired with fine wines. The magic and charm of our lush edible landscape coupled with the finest chefs in Miami creates a uniquely intimate dining experience under the stars. Each year, we donate proceeds to a local charity or organization philosophically in line with our vision of sustainable, healing, and healthy organic food. This year we are sponsoring Urban Greenworks, and Slow Food Miami. The event begins with hors d'oeuvres and wine in our reception area at 5PM, Gabriele then introduces you to her masterpiece through an intimate farm tour, and at 6PM the delicious 5-course dinner is served.
